About Us

Monterey Bay Racing Team was formed in 2005 by a handful of cyclists interested in increasing local participation of bicycle racing in one of the most picturesque areas in the world, the Monterey Bay Area of California.

Monterey Bay Racing Team Mission Statement:

Monterey Bay Racing Team's Mission is to promote the sport of cycling and to advocate safe bicycling practices on all levels of the activity. MBRT will strive to encourage interested riders to participate as a team at a competitive level, and to instruct cyclists in safe racing skills and strategies.
